The true test of the Home Inspector that you select to inspect your future "Dream Home" is the quality of the finished report. We utilize the newest technologies to produce our reports. Below you will find a sample Electrical section from our Leavitt Report. A typical property inspection report is between 14 and 30 pages. Each “Leavitt Report” is created using premier 3D Inspection System software, which allows for detailed comments and lots of digital photos to help convey the severity of the reportable conditions.

-
We also use leading edge technology to document our inspection findings. We capture the inspection data using HP's iPaq, Fujitsu's P1120, and PC Laptop's wonderful 575. We have blazed the trail in Utah with computerized reports since 1996 and have incorporated digital photography to complete the package. Our computers are powered by the 3D Inspection System Premier Office Management system and 3D Pocket Report Writer Software.
-
Pocket PC's, incredible laptops, digital cameras, 3D Inspection System software, and our own custom form sets are the technology combined to produce extremely comprehensive property reports. The internet has become our FedEx as the finished reports are easily downloadable from our website. We look forward to producing a report for your next "Dream Home" or Commercial property.
