MULTIPLE FAMILY DWELLINGS
Multiple Family Dwelling quotes for properties with two or more units are specific to the property, and the fees are not listed here. Quotes often times require a preliminary visit to the property. Please submit an order and describe the property in the SPECIAL COMMENTS & CONCERNS on the order form. The fee will be based upon the age, number of structures, number of units, and the amount of time that will be needed to provide you with the information that you need.

Our primary inspection area is Utah and Salt Lake counties, but we regularly travel to Davis, Wasatch, Juab and beyond. With our long-time inspection reputation, we travel throughout Utah and beyond.
EXTENDED AREA inspections require additional travel fee.

We will be fair in determining the fees, but each outbuilding and/or amenity requires more time to evaluate.
